Sync initial estimate field in integrations

we need this mapping as we plan roadmap ahead for 2-3 years and our PO's do initial estimate in Jira. so we need this for our release planning and capacity planning.

This would be great, we are looking to use Jira -> Aha integration to support conversion of T-Shirt size conversion to number of Days in Aha which best fits into the Initial Estimate field.

Since the value in Jira is text based (not numerical) if there was a way we can setup a conversion factor that says:

• Extra small = X days

• Small = X days

• Medium = X days

• Large = X days

• Extra Large = X days

That would be great. This also pairs well with https://big.ideas.aha.io/ideas/A-I-14216 the ability to use Capacity planning units to support T Shirt Size.

Alternatively, if this can't be handled through Jira integration, it should be available for update via automation. Use case is team meets (using Jira) during their weekly standup to estimate Feature SWAG, this data cannot currently come across to Aha! and there is no way to upload via CSV, or bulk upload either.

Can't this be done by creating custom fields in Aha and Jira and configuring via standard Sync?
