Ability to custom sort order for roadmap items and data labels Merged

When creating a custom roadmap, it would be great if we could drag and drop items into custom sort orders for display. This would include the items included in the roadmap(bars) as well as the order of the data labels on the left-hand side, when configured to display those. Alphabetical causes our stuff to end up displaying in an arbitrary order that isn't logical.
