We currently need to manage user access in Excel because we add things like BU, organization and other user specific fields that help us doing seat management.

Aha! already supports the concept of custom fields throughout the application, e.g. in the organizations module. Sys admins would be greatly helped when they could define custom fields for each user and then use filters in lists to manage them.
