Provide Access to new Idea Rank Field

I am looking to use the new Idea Prioritization Rank to gauge the rank of a given idea across several stakeholder groups. Ultimately, this is related to what I have described here: https://big.ideas.aha.io/ideas/A-I-12287

The new Idea Prioritization Reports get me sort of halfway there in that I can create multiple reports that each associate a set of unique rankings with a set of ideas. The problem is, I can't access these rankings outside a given report. What I would like to do is to combine/aggregate associated rankings from several reports, either in another report or via API. Currently, these ranks are not accessible, though.

Note: using several reports is just a workaround for me that I use instead of what I describe in the linked idea, which would be to create a unique and single rank per idea per organization. Besides preventing from having to create a bunch of reports, this would also have the benefits of Organizations already being established record type within the Aha! data model, of course.

All Aha! objects should have a published API -- too many objects are only available in the UI and prevent users from building their own very organization specific reports that Aha! would have difficulty to support out-of-the-box.

Give us 100% coverage of the API!!!

    Hi Chrissi,

Yes, they do. We have a large number of different groups of stakeholders which may have different views on their respective Top N asks (with some of the asks overlapping). I tried to describe what I'm really after in the idea mentioned on the original idea. At the end of the day, I frequently have to triage against these groups and simple priority labels just often end up in a lot of inflation / meaningless outcomes for me (as much as I try to impose a limit on how many "Top Priority" asks a single group can have).

Right now, what I have done is to create one report per stakeholder group where I force, err, ask them to rank their Top N items. It's not always strictly speaking tied to an Organization but that would feed the most natural.

Hi Joe, thanks for your idea. I'm curious – do any of your ideas appear in multiple prioritization views thus having multiple ranks?
