Track time to respond to an idea
We have SLAs in place to make sure we respond to ideas in a timely manner so it would be good to easily track the number of days between an idea being created and the first public comment being left on it. There is a column for public comments but not for date/time of first public comment.

I see that you have this idea: https://big.ideas.aha.io/ideas/APP-I-5396 but this means the idea would have to be moved to another status to be considered attended to. In some cases, we leave the idea in the Needs Review status while we wait for more information from a customer, but we consider that attended to since we have responded to the customer's idea, even if we haven't moved it to another status yet.
