NONE OF THE CATEGORIES APPLIES, SO I SELECTED THE LAST ONE
I'd like to share my login experience. Maybe it can be used to improve it.
Expected
Go to aha.io
Click Login. This should result in a screen that allows me to login using credentials, or with external accounts like a Google Account
Click the "Login with Google button"
Actual
Go to aha.io
Click login. A new window opens that asks me for my email address
Close the window from #1
Type my entire email address, click next.
It recognizes that I could login with my Google Credentials. Click Login with Google Suite.
Click the Google Account
The Actual has three unnecessary steps:
Close the original window,
Type out my entire email address before allowing me to login with my google account
The intermediate window of #5.
Workaround
There is a workaround to navigate to "mycompanyname.aha.io" which eliminates to of the unnecessary steps, but "mycompanyname.aha.io" is significantly longer than "aha.io", so still a worse experience than the Expected flow.
Thanks for sharing this feedback about your login experience. I have passed it along to the product and design team.
As you mention in your workaround section, navigating to "mycompanyname.aha.io" will bypass steps 1-3. When logging in via aha.io, we have to look up your account. We match your email with your account in order to present the appropriate options - i.e. email only or single sign-on.
Again, thanks for sharing this helpful feedback!
