Allow Organizations to be added as a drop-down menu in the Create Idea form Merged

We have internal users of our private ideas portal who represent external customers. we want our internal users to be able to identify the external customer from a drop-down list (of Organizations) while creating an idea, without having to submit a proxy vote. We imported a few hundred existing external clients as Organizations and would like more flexibility in how they can be used and viewed in the ideas portal.

    +1 for this. Our CX team is the voice for many of our large customers. The step of creating the idea, then going in and adding a proxy vote can be tedious when they are doing this multiple times a day vs being able to associate the original idea vote to an org and contact upon creation.
