Ability for an administrator to determine which record types can be available for work request promotion

When a user accepts a work request, they are given the option to select one of 4 different record types to create (initiative, epic, feature, idea).

Our organization has a standard use for workspace that applies across all teams. Our process does not have a use case for promoting a work request into an idea. We need an ability to remove this record type from this list of records that a work request can be promoted into
