Include hyperlink data for items when exporting pivot table to Excel Merged

Expectation

1. Create a pivot table in Aha with releases and features set as rows. Observe that the releases and features items are all clickable.

2. Export the table to Excel. Releases and features include the URL to the Aha item and the items are clickable, opening the default browser to the item in Aha.

Reality

1. Create a pivot table in Aha with releases and features set as rows. Observe that the releases and features items are all clickable.

2. Export the table to Excel. Releases and features are exported but are not clickable and do not include any reference to the Aha URL.
