When reviewing Ideas created via the SFDC integration, having the opportunity value is great but with customers in a range of different markets it would be great to be able to report on some additional dimensions. For example, which ideas would have the most impact on our European markets, which ideas are being requested by Education or Government customers, and so on.
These are just two examples. I'm sure different Aha! customers will have different fields that they would like to be able to report on. The ability to specify a handful of custom fields that are pulled from the Opportunity or Account records and sent over as part of the integration would be very powerful and make the Ideas integration a much stronger tool for planning and prioritization.
