Add message or alert when a report has more than 2000 records and is being shared as a webpage

Overview

Reports that are shared as a webpage can display a maximum of 2000 records / rows right now. We should display a message somewhere that indicates that only 2000 rows will be shown.

Challenge

If a user has more than 2000 rows on their report, it's not obvious that the report is limited to 2000 rows.

Desired user experience

The user should be notified or alerted somehow that the report that was saved as a webpage will only display 2000 rows.
