Show attachments in features/epics as a column on reports/presentations that can be clicked view the attachments Merged

In cases where we want to share an attachment with audiences through presentations, two things are needed - ability to have attachment as a report column with maybe a count as hyperlink (on click shows the list of files) and 2nd, this link should be clickable from a presentation view as well. I know there is a separate idea for making links clickable on presentations, so the part on making them as links on the reports will be the key.
