When sending messages to clients about the status change of their ideas, I would like to create use a customized template as ideas matriculate through various statuses.

While a "one size fits all" customized message can be created, I don't see a way to create a message templates when an idea goes from "under consideration" to "planned", AND have a different message template prepared for when an idea goes from "under consideration" to "unlikely to implement".
