Integrate Aha to Gong
Our customer facing teams use Gong and collect all kinds of great detail. If they could easily tag those meeting snippets and send to Aha it would make their submission of ideas with evidence that much more efficient. ProductBoard already has this feature (https://www.productboard.com/integrations/gong/).

Customers and prospects share feedback and painpoints freely on calls with our team. Most external calls are recorded by Gong and it would be incredibly helpful to snag ideas and feedback from these calls instead of asking our internal teams to make notes, then submit an idea (or many ideas) based on each call.
Gong is also working on enhancing their AI to grab broad level insights across all calls to surface themes (for product, we would want feedback and painpoints). Once they have this, getting these directly into our backlog would be very powerful.
