Make Idea Scoring Part of the Ideas Portal Merged

We'd like our staff not only to just vote on an idea for a yes or no, but to score it. They should be able to do this in the ideas portal versus having to view the ideas in the back end of Aha.

I think it would be great to be able to enable to option to be able to score ideas within the portal.

A yes or a no could mean "this is hugely important" or "sure" and our ideas portal is full of hundreds of ideas that if time and resources weren't a concern, we'd probably act on the vast majority of them.

It's important for us to gauge how important these ideas are in the eyes of our staff, and most of our staff don't use the back end of Aha very much.
