Add syntax highlighting to the text editor code block

It would be great if, in the code block of the text editor, we could select a language and have the text automatically highlighted based on that language's syntax. For example, the current styling (with no highlighting) would be "Plain text", but changing it to something like "CSS", "HTML", or "JavaScript" would highlight the code accordingly.

Use syntax highlighting in the Aha! text editor
The "Preformatted" text style has a new option to specify a development language. Select one of the choices to enable syntax highlighting for that language.
