fix the text and highlight colors

In capability / initiative descriptions, the system now supports many more text and highlight colors but the feature is INCREDIBLY annoying to use. It is really difficult to get the same text or highlight color for multiple features. For some reason it is difficult to use copy paste on the color number/hex version. Maybe you can support "recently used"?

In general the editing menus are difficult to use beacuse it is easy to accidentally switch from one to the next.

Also, I have no idea what is the category for this idea. I understand why you want me to tag it but what if I can't figure out what the tags even mean?
