Add Gherkin syntax highlighting support

The AI feature allows us to generate acceptance criteria in Gherkin format; currently the syntax highlighting option for blocks allows a user to select a variety of programming languages, but not Gherkin.

I figured that would be a relatively easy to implement quality of life improvement for those who write acceptance criteria in Gherkin format.
