Automation to populate/update the progress field % complete based on Feature status Merged

As a Release Train Engineer,

I would like to have an accurate % complete in each of my team's Features

so that I can understand how far along they are and have that information rollup to Epics and ultimately PI Objectives (aka "Goals") and see how my Agile Release Train is progressing.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. Aha! provides ability to create an automation to update the % complete of a Feature based on it's status

2. The % complete for each Status is customizable

   example:

   • Under Consideration 5%

   • In design 10%

   • Ready to Develop 15%

   • In Development 50%

   • Blocked 0%

   • Ready to ship 90%

   • Shipped 100%

   • Will not implement 0%

Background

Some of the teams on my train don't create To-Dos or Requirements for their Features and so the % complete would have to be updated manually. Right now it's not a requirement to update the % complete manually due to the additional burden it would put on developers.....we want them to focus on building software that delights our customers. So, we don't have any 'interim' % complete on Features which means it's 0% complete all the way until the Story is moved into "Shipped" status.
