Exclude filter capability Merged

When selecting any field criteria, we have the option to search on Is blank, is not blank, but it would also be good to have the ability to define exclusion clause in the same place. For example - I want to search on say a TAG. This feature may have a tag that contains "UK" that I want to see, but also has a tag "Modernization" that I wish to exclude, allowing me to see all features that are for the UK that are not related to modernization. There are many variables of this type of scenario, but could be applied anywhere in the AHA portal. Do you currently have a way to do this or can you look to provide this in the future.
