Allow user to filter History to specific events

Release Gantt: allow work during weekend

Currently the Gantt chart (and all auto end date calculations) assume release phases cannot be worked on over the weekend. This is not always the truth (we're using a 3rd party to QA our builds over the weekend)

Ability to add image from images created in Aha

There are certain report images we want to stick in notes and make some actual notes. Currently you have to export the image, upload it in the note and then add text seems like a step that shouldn't be necessary.
