Trying to link a feature to a release phase and that dropdown seems to have completely random ordering, and it doesn't allow for searching the list against the release name (only the feature phase)

We just did a huge portfolio migration from one portfolio to another to start over with a new hierarchy and new workflows. When we moved the initiatives over, the attachments did not move with it. This required a lot of manual rework and time.

Who would benefit? People working alongside a colleague in a whiteboard would be able to easily follow their colleague and easily collaborate and discuss together in a whiteboard. What impact would it make? Makes it easier to work with a colleague...
