Prioritization view: ability to draw a manual horizontal line

Provide an additional reporting field that shows Related to Feature Name (instead of Reference # ID)

There is obsolete blank space after todo title, it isn't used now by any todo's details. I think blank space could be removed for todolist looks much better.
