Allow configuration of Release dropdown in Epics and Features.

We have lots of 'sandbox' boards with Releases. It would be nice to be able to exclude these from the dropdowns we see in our official boards.

Standard horizontal scrolling of Features bord

When scrolling horizontally in the Features board, whenever new releases need to be loaded, the user is taken back to the start of the board, rather than just staying in the same position. This is very much frustrating.

Link Epics to Canvases
