Lead times (created to done) and cycle times (in progress to done) are the flow management tools used with a kanban practice. We mostly use these for Goal and Initiative records. Currently creating list report and export for charting in excel.

Do Not show Achieved Initiatives in Feature or Release drop-downs
Once an Initiative is achieved it is still selectable from within a feature or a release. The option should be removed from being selected, or how the option in the initiative to not show in feature or release details as a selectable option.

Ability for child Vision, Model and Position could inherit or link from parent product line
As there are common characteristics in vision of product line with child products, it will be nice let the child inherits and even link those vision, mission, etc... to parent product line.
