Add Filters to Portfolio Roadmap

As a product manager I would like to filter the portfolio view to eliminate goals, initiatives, and releases that are not yet scheduled or in development in order to show an uncluttered view to Executive Management for an entire productl ine.

Roadmaps Improved Save Feature

Currently when we have multiple people updating the "Starter Roadmap" we find saving will overwrite previous changes if the previous save has not been explicitly loaded first. It would be nice to support "concurrent" editing and not losing changes...

Adjust Capacity at the individual level
