Enable workflow to have a default assignee per step.

i have a workflow: Product Manager Validate->Architect Validate. When the Product Manager validates, I'd like the next step to move to Architecture validate AND the idea be assigned to a default architect.

Report filters are sometimes slow to open

We have very large datasets. Sometimes when we open a report filter, it takes a few seconds to open. Then, when we make a selection, it's a bit sluggish. It can be painful when unselecting items, too. This makes us worry we've got the wrong filter...
