Support XLS & XLSX Imports/Exports

This would help when there are commas within a single field's data that you're trying to import rather than breaking the import because Aha is expecting another row due to the comma. It would also save me several swear words.

Feature ID in report cells is broken

When adding a Feature ID to cells in custom reporting, it shows up as the ID used in the URL instead of the custom feature ID. So instead of showing for example, PROJ-15, it will display 6470321591135687710
