Customize view for My Work screen

It would be cool to have customizable screens in the My Work section - similar to reports. I feel you should be able to tweak that page to show features by custom conditions so I can drive efficiently.

Display number custom fields without delimiters

Currently a number custom field will automatically format the data with comma delimiters. It would be great to be able to specify that a field not do this so that the data displays without the commas when needed.
