Bring back the ability view the My Work page for other users

Up until the update today (9/27/2023), we were able to view the My Work page for other users. This was very handy for us to go see what another user might have on their plate. I'm not really understanding why functionality was removed.

Ability for Hierarchy Report to report on workspace hierarchy

At this time the hierarchy report only allows you to report on records within workspaces/parent lines rather than just the workspace hierarchy itself. There should be a way to report on this without bringing in other records.

Super helpful if could simply hover over something like 'Activities Board' and a quick defitition came up. Or at least there was an easier accessable glossary. It's not the most intuitive to find.

Ability to remove or change Default Text from the create new goal or initiative screens.

When you create a new goal or initiative, at the top there is default text describing what they are. The description does not align to how we are using initiatives so we would like the ability to edit that text or at least remove it.

View history of changes on a dashboard

Would like the ability to see who has made changes and when to a dashboard. I have just returned returned to a dashboard and despite the permissions being set to View, changes have been made and I can't see who made the changes.
