Why were common editor buttons hidden under drop-downs ??? This is an unnecessary change and it's very inconvenient when working on features and requirements.

It is currently possible to filter on custom field notes but not the idea description in list view reports. This may hold true on other reports as well. Please add support for filtering on idea descriptions as well.
