Guidance or a button in email notification on possible actions (e.g. "completed", "delayed", "extend timeline".)

Provide explicit guidance/options (e.g. a button) in email notices to respond "completed", "delayed", "extend timeline". I this functionality is built in but not clear anywhere in the notices that are sent out.

Better diffing in update emails

My users are getting bombed with update emails that don't make clear what has been updated. This is causing frustration, confusion, and mass un-subscribes to what should be important updates.

I would like to suggest that "comments" created on the Aha!-side of the Aha!-Salesforce integration be transmitted back to Salesforce

We use a custom field for "internal stakeholders" and it would be great to have those users auto-subscribed to a ticket if they are added to the list. Was thinking this functionality could be a setting on any user list custom field.

Email notification only for when an idea is first created

My team is currently using an Idea Portal, but they only want to receive emails when a request is first created. This is to reduce the noise, since they do not want to receive emails for every change in a ticket.

Allow backspace to work within a new comment entry text box. Right now, backspace will remove all text in the comment box even though backspace should only go "back" one "space" (not entire text)

Avoids user having to retype entire comment when backspace is entered. Workaround: save comment with spelling errors and then go back into that previously saved comment to correct errors.
