Map Aha! Feature Status to GitHub Project Column

We have a simple Kanban-style board using a GitHub project. It would be useful if I could have statuses in Aha! update when an issue is moved between columns in the GitHub project.

Choose the MRR value at the account level when creating ideas from salesforce.com

Can we map the value field to an existing account field for cases? Value is automatically pulling from the opportunity and we actually have MRR at the account level and it would be great if we could map that for cases.

Import Aha Features as VSO Backlog Items

The way Aha is explained and shown in the support files and sacreenshots, the aha 'features' should be backlog items in TFS under the SCRUM template, not VSO Features. Until we hit this, Aha was wonderful.
