For longer Epic/Feature descriptions, I would like to have an automatic Table of Content that links to the headings, preferably where you can set the maximum heading level (e.g. only show heading 1s, only show heading 1 and 2)

When reporting on approvals there should be a way to report on "completed by" so that stakeholders can report on features that need approval and that have been approved. Currently there is no way to report on the number of users who have approved.
