Provide the ability select multiple idea categories to delete

Currently Idea categories have to be deleted one at at time. It would be more useful to be able to select multiple categories to delete at once. Also, when deleting a parent category you should have the option to also delete the child categories.

Display Idea detail drawer below Idea chart

When using the Idea Chart and clicking on an Idea to display the details drawer it is displayed over the chart obscuring it. It woul dbe better if it displayed below the chart where there is empty space. Or an option for this.
