Add 'All' option to every category filter in Ideas portal, in addition to 'Recent', 'Trending' & 'Popular'
Currently whether a user selects 'My ideas', 'My voted items' etc they can only view those that are either recent, trending or popular. They should be able to see all ideas within these categories.
