Search by idea number when merging ideas

When merging ideas, you can't type the idea number in the search box to find a idea you want to merge with. Typing the idea number would be nice because when we search by keyword a lot of results come up and it is hard to find the idea.

Receive notifications on ideas voted on

It would be great to enable notifications in the ideas portal ... for example I would like to be notified when an idea I voted on has new comments added to it ... otherwise I do not know if there is any conversations happening

When adding users to the Ideas portal, I'd like to see who has actually followed up and created an account.

This will allow us to see how many people have signed up to the portal, after we have added them as a user. Therefore being able to send reminders to users who aren't using.

The Assignee should be auto-notified of public comments

If I am the Assignee of an idea submission, and someone leaves a comment, I do not get notified that a comment has been left. This is bad as our Assignee is usually the one managing these ideas, and needs to know if a comment was left.
