I would like to use problem statements to align ideas to

Often ideas or requests are indicative of a deeper problem.  There needs to be a way to create a problem statement which ideas can be associated to and reported on over time to see if the problem itself  is trending instead of the individual idea.

How can this be configured in Aha?

    Hi Charlene, thanks for the note. There are a couple ways that you can handle this.

    • Tags/Categories can be used to associate ideas to. You build reports around these areas to see what specific areas are trending.
    • If you want to get more specific about the data that you are capturing (or set pre-defined choices), you can also create a custom field to help with this assignment.

    This can be something that you ask the customer to do, and/or something that you do on your end.
