Provide the ability select multiple idea categories to delete
Currently Idea categories have to be deleted one at at time. It would be more useful to be able to select multiple categories to delete at once. Also, when deleting a parent category you should have the option to also delete the child categories.

Ideas Chart: Options to normalize the effort axis
When comparing ideas, I'm interested in relative effort and the resulting quadrant classification. However, almost all of our ideas have effort in the range 5-40, and this puts all of them in the "Maybes" and "Easy Wins" quadrants.
