I would like to suggest that "comments" created on the Aha!-side of the Aha!-Salesforce integration be transmitted back to Salesforce

Communication between Aha! and Salesforce is essential and by allowing comments made in Aha! to flow into Salesforce, this helps save time and alerts Salesforce-preferred users to be kept current with the latest information entered from Aha!

When someone submits something that sounds like a bug, present a callout and instructions for opening a ticket with support. Callout should be configurable.

Clear filter button in Workspaces

There should be a clear filter button on List reports of workspaces. Many times it is not apparent that a filter has been applied. There also could be change in color of the outline of the box or the box itself to show that a filter is on.

Remove description field from overview layout

You can remove the description field from a custom layout but the field remains in the overview so it shows as "description blank" Please add an option to remove the description field from the overview layout.

Show ideas from requirements on the research tab

If an idea is promoted to a req within a feature, it doesn't show up on the research tab on the feature. I think it would make sense to bubble up these ideas for visibility on the research tab. Not sure if it also makes sense to do the same thing ...

Parent Idea Category needs to be tagged on the idea

If an idea category is a child of another parent category then the submitted idea needs to adopt both the child and parent categories. Currently, only the child category is adopted

Ability to Add Public / External Portal URL for an Idea to Data Column view in Ideas Tab

While the current Idea List allows adding an 'Idea URL' field/column to the view, this appears to be associated with the internal URL. It would be helpful to also have the ability to add the external/portal URL to the Ideas List view.
