Add hours, minutes and seconds to date stamps

Add hours, minutes and seconds to date stamps to be able to calculate what record is the oldest/newest if you compare two time stamps.

The data is already there today, you can see both hours, minutes, seconds and time zone if you use the function time on a field containing a date stamp as in this example:

time(field("to In Development")) where the field "to In Development" looks like this in Aha!:

Sep 9, 2022

But the function time(field("to In Development")) gives this:

2022-09-09 13:58:42 UTC
