Attach an epic to multiple releases

Using SAFE terminology, I have epics (master features) that relate to multiple program increments (releases). I'd like to be able to assign a master feature to more than one release at a time.

We have a large release checklist to ship our products. We want to organize it by department. We want to have a single owner for each department and we want the to do tasks for each department to have a default assignee by product.

Convert Release to Initiative

Sometimes we created a release when we meant to create an initiative. Rather than manually creating the initiatives and deleting the release, it would be nice to use the "Convert to" tool to convert them automatically.

Auto-update Feature status on Release

When a Release is made, all Features within that Release should be updated to 'Shipped' (or equivalent custom status). This will keep things in sync and reduce admin.

Viewing and searching features for shipped releases

It's not possible to see feature list in shipped release at all. Searching for features doesn't bring it up either. If this tools comes to replace PRD/ERD - deleting any record of implemented features is not a good idea.
