Add "idea name search" as default filter on Ideas Overview linked reports

In Ideas > Overview, you can view new ideas, popular ideas, etc. and click on "View full report" to see the entire list. It would be helpful to have the idea name search as a default filter in this view so I can search by keywords more easily.

Restore the remaining estimate when a Requirement is moved from Shipped back to In Development
