Allow product owners to grant users with paid seats access to their products

As a product owner (who is not a paid seat group owner), I would like the ability to grant users who already have a paid seat (but not access to my product) access to my products so I can control who has access to my products.

At the moment when you moved a feature to shipped then the time recording changes to be the same as the estimate. So for example if I estimated 3 days, actually only took and recorded 2 days when I ship the feature the time taken changes to 3 days...

Disable notifications

On occasions, I have had to change the status of a release back to open and then close it again. This resends the release to everyone subscribed. I would like to be able to disable sending a notifications for this type of maintenance.
