Enable ability to create autolinking rule for Gitlab/Github

GitLab drops the product prefix, and only supports a single hardcoded URL which means setting up an autolinking rule from Gitlab/Github to Aha! is not possible.

Roadmap view for initiatives

I would like to see the initiatives on a roadmap view and see how much of each initiative is complete. By a roadmap view I mean something graphical that shows initiatives on a timeline view and percentage complete for each initiative.

Add Initiative Reference number at the Feature level

Currently we can see only the Initiative name at the Feature level but not the Initiative Reference number. We are working on a bigger initiative and it will be really helpful to add the Initiative reference number at the Feature level.
