Add ability to configure what sections are visible in the Requirements form

I would find more and/or customizable shortcuts beneficial. My work definitely. Also, if I am setting up lines/workspaces/templates, being able to set hot keys so that I can get back to where I need to go quickly would speed implementations.

Future consideration
Currently when deactivating a user, the user then becomes 'greyed' out. This isn't readily obvious due to coloring, resolution, etc.
Suggestion is to clearly annotate the user with a Joe Smith - Deactivated or something similar
