Color Feature card by Initiative

It would be great to allow users to color feature cards by options other than status. Specifically, coloring by the initiative would be useful.

Allow for comments on text in the text editor for the description field of ideas

I can currently add comments on text in the description field of records such as features, epics, goals and initiatives. It would be helpful to have this available for ideas as well.
