Improve Note Editing Functionality (avoid typing over each other)

In notes, our team collaborates and does real-time edits. Unfortunately, we tend to type over each other and sometime the users are bundled, too. Is there a way to prevent us from typing over each others changes?

Display attached files on the Personas

Enhance the REST API to able to GET Time Tracking Events

It would be helpful to pull time tracking event data out of Aha using the REST API. Currently, time tracking event APIs only allow time to be entered, but not retrieved. We'd like to pull this data into some custom dashboards.
