Add bulk edit to Editable Choice List fields

Add bulk edit mode we have for Predefined choice list also to Editable choice list fields. This to have the same usability and off course to speed up data entry and maintenance.

Disable notifications

On occasions, I have had to change the status of a release back to open and then close it again. This resends the release to everyone subscribed. I would like to be able to disable sending a notifications for this type of maintenance.

Strategy Model Templates - Allow text to be editable (not just tooltip)
