Option to move incomplete records to new sprint when sprint ends Merged

When completing a sprint, I'm unable to do so if there are incomplete features linked. This is a reality of many sprints; so I would like the option of being prompted to move all incomplete features to the <next sprint, select sprint> when attempting to complete a sprint. Right now, I need to move each feature one by one.
